Brief Introduction of product:

The testing platform based on the original electric gas engine can run the engine to start speed up, slow down the auto which gives us a real display of framework and work process of the engine. It is fit for teaching in junior and senior vocational school, liberall education school and training institutions in engine theory and service. The testing platform is easy and safe to operate with various functions.

 

Contain of structure:

Electrical control gas engine compartment,engine ECU,Combination instrument,battery,battery master switch,Fuel tank,accelerator pedal of manual,date link connector,fuel pressure indicator,Vacuum pressure indicator,setting malfunction box of intelligent and so on.

 

Character:

1. Real gas engine display of framework and work process of the engine

2. Learners can compare circuits diagrams painted with the same color with the original engine in the testing platform to know and analyze the working theory of the controlling system.

3. The testing platform is installed with testing Terminal, to test signals of sensor, actuator and engine controlling unit, e.g.: resistance, voltage, current ,frequency signals.

4. The panel of testing platform is installed with meter, fuel Pressure Gauge, vacuum Pressure Gauge which display the change of engine speed, vehicle speed, the gear of automatic transmission, fuel injector pressure, Manifold Pressure.

5.Testing platform is installed with date link connector which can be connected with decoder in the auto for special or common use. The platform can search the code of ECU, read and clear out fault code, read data stream, test the component, set the parameter, analyze wave.
